Colleges Endorsement Criteria
To be endorsed by Education Unlimited as Home-Education Friendly, an institution must meet the following guidelines:
Positive Criteria
Either:
- Open Admission Policy
Or, accept any two of the following:
- Third Party Standardized Exam such as SAT
- Non-governmental transcripts
- Course Challenge or PLAR
- Personal Interview
- Entrance Exam
- Portfolio
Negative Criteria
Additionally, institutions must not have any of the following:
- Failure to participate in the EU project.
- Demands public accreditation (School program or high school credits)
- Demonstrates an inconsistency of policy.
- Demonstrates an antagonistic or ambivalent attitude towards the home educated.
