We are looking for interest from students who would like to attend and will be reaching out to individuals who express interest at a later date with more information.

CLAC Career Development College (CCDC) is committed to developing the next generation of skilled workers. Through that commitment, we are offering Trades Exploration Camps (TECs) to local Edmonton-area high school students. These exploration days will focus on the four trades we currently offer at CCDC: welding, carpentry, electrical, and scaffolding.

-Students will attend a full day of exciting and informative technical training at our CCDC location, where they will learn the basic skills required for two trades.
-Students will provide their own transportation to CCDC in the morning, where they will then be divided into two groups.
-Each group will complete small projects in their first trade, followed by a lunch provided by CDCC.
-Students will then switch and try their second trade choice in the afternoon.

Notes:

**We need at least 18 students to register for this camp.** We are waiting for the new 2026 dates to be released. All those who register will get an emailed the camp information when it comes available. Ages: 14-19
